Witchfireis a first-person shooter PC game currently available on the Epic Games Store. This long-expected dark fantasy game is by a small, twelve-personindie gameteam, but it still has a lot of content in it. It currently does not have a full release date, but there’s still a lot of information available about this title. Fans of the genre may be wondering just how long the game currently is and how many hours they can expect to get from the full release to see if it’s worth picking up.
The Length of Witchfire in Early Access
Currently, there are only two of the projected six maps available in Early Access forWitchfire. There are only a couple of hours of purely unique content;players can get through both maps in a Rogue-lite way in less than six hours. However, there is a lot of replayability, upgrades forWitchfire’sweapons, events, challenges, and other unlockables. Currently, in the hub, several sections are still in development that are gated to the player.

There are several streamers that have gotten upwards of 20 hours playing andleveling theirWitchfirecharacters, and those who enjoy this kind of gameplay will certainly get more than just the base six-ish hours out of it. But there is still obviously quite a lot missing. So, how many hours will players be able to get out of the full game?
The Estimated Length of Witchfire After Full Release
Based on the number of hours many streamers and players have already gotten out of just the two levels available in Early Access, it can be estimated that those who stick around until the full game is out will get far more content to play and replay than they may expect. Thisfirst-person shooter Rogue-lite gameincentivizes players to leave levels and return to them repeatedly, gathering resources to level up before taking down bosses and heavily fortified areas.
While it can’t be said how many hours players will be able to get out of the full release, players can most likely expect at least 40 hours of gameplay. This includes playing through each level, getting a good number ofAscension upgrades, experiencing all the weapons and spells, and killing all the Witch bosses from each level.
