WithinWasteland 3, players are able to obtain armor and go as far as to modify said armor.
Modifying armor is a simple process that allows players to make the armor that they collect provide even better stats. Armor is an important aspect inWasteland 3, soplayers are able to withstand multiple attacks from various enemies while in combat.

How To Modify Armor
To modify armor in thehighly acclaimed game that isWasteland 3,players first need toinvest in Armor Moddingon at least one of their characters. A character with at least one level in Armor Modding will be able to modify armor to the simplest extent. Players are encouraged to have at least one Ranger with multiple levels in Armor Modding so that they can boost their equipment’s effectiveness.

To install armor modifications onto a piece of armor, players need to open their inventory. With their inventory open, players need to find the piece of armor that they would like to mod. Clicking on said piece of armor will bring up a small menu.Click “Modify Armor.“This will bring players to a screen that shows the armor that they would like to mod, as well as the armor mods that players have obtained.
Equipping a mod to a piece of armor will be done by the character in the player’s party with the highest Armor Modding skill level. After equipping a mod onto the armor, click “Confirm,” which will end the process and save any changes to the armor.
How To Find And Craft Armor Mods
Armor and armor mods can be found in many different places through the apocalyptic Colorado setting. The best places to obtain armor mods are either through purchasing armor from a merchant, or by looting armor caches. It’s notable that the best types of armor and armor mods have a golden outline.
To craft armor mods, players will have to have acharacter in their party with skill levelsput into Armor Modding. With each level that is put into Armor Modding, players will be able to craft newer and better armor modifications for their party. This can be found by opening the Crafting menu from the inventory screen.
