According to reliable leaks,Sparkle scales off with her ATK, dealing a massive amount of Quantum damage to a single enemy. Upon activating ultimate, she recovers four skill points for allies and inflicts the Chiper effect. Furthermore, the character regenerates additional energy, extends the duration of her CRIT damage boost, and increases all allies' attacks when there is more than one Quantum unit on the team.
