Players looking forward toRatchetand Clank: Rift Apartrecently received a good bit of news regarding the upcoming PS5 title. As part of the news, features like a dedicatedphoto mode forRift Apartwere confirmed, alongside tons of new gameplay footage.
However, more than just in-game features were detailed as part of the news shared by PlayStation. The blog post sharing the news also detailed what items players can expect when opting to purchase the Digital Deluxe Edition ofRatchet and Clank: Rift Apart, including exclusive armor sets, bonus raritanium, a photo mode sticker pack, and more.

The news came at the very end of the PlayStation Blog post. The Digital Deluxe Edition will cost $79.99, which is an additional 10 USD compared to the Standard Edition. Players who purchase the Digital Deluxe Edition will receive the full game, a photo mode sticker pack, 20 raritanium, a digital soundtrack and art book, and five exclusive armor sets. The armor sets included are called the Imperial Armor, Hacker Armor, Rebel Armor, Scavenger Armor, and Android Armor.
Additionally, it appears as though these armor sets can be equipped to both Ratchet andRivet, the new female Lombax character. Unfortunately, it doesn’t appear that purchasing the Digital Deluxe Edition will allow players to unlock the full game earlier than the Standard Edition, which is always a nice bonus for purchasing the more expensive version. Still, the Digital Deluxe Edition does come with a fair amount of in-game bonuses that fans of the series will appreciate. Additionally, the digital soundtrack and art book are sure to be worth the additional cost.
Fans interested in seeing more of the game in action can check out theRift Apartgameplay trailerthat debuted alongside the Digital Deluxe Edition news. The trailer gives fans the first extended look at Rivet, including how she comes into contact with Clank. Naturally, the trailer also shows off a decent amount of gameplay, including footage of different weapons and the game’s new dimensional rift element. While the trailer is only about a minute and a half long, the gameplay footage looks incredibly impressive.
Thankfully, fans hungry for a longer look atRatchet and Clank: Rift Apartwon’t have to wait too much longer. The game is confirmed to appear as part of therecently announced State of Play presentation. The State of Play will air on April 29 at 2 PM PT and will also provide updates on “a pair of upcoming indie titles.” While the rest of the games included in the State of Play presentation remain a mystery as of now, fans can expect a large gameplay showcase forRatchet and Clank: Rift Apartto debut during the live stream.
Ratchet and Clank: Rift Apartwill be available June 11 exclusively on PS5.
