In between battling and catching Pokemon, players will want to make sure they’re returning to Naranja/Uva Academy to brush up on their studies. Partaking in lectures and passing exams will allow players to get unique items and Pokemon.
Those who take time to explore the academy can speak to their professors. Listening to Mr. Saguaro, the Home Ec. professor, can net players a Slowpoke Cup for picnic sets. However, because Mr. Saguaro requests an item locked to 5-Star Raids, someScarlet/Violetplayers may find it’s not worth the trouble.

How to Unlock the Slowpoke Cup
The Slowpoke Cup can’t be bought at Picnic-Knacks, and no matter how many badges players have, it will not appear in the stores. However,Scarlet/Violetplayers will need all eight gym badges and be in the postgame if they want a chance at getting it.Once players obtain theirsecond badge, they can take art, home ec., and language classes at Naranja/Uva Academy.
Where to Find Sweet Herba Mystica
Sweet Herba Mystica is only obtained through5-Star Tera Raids(and higher). They have a low chance (10%) to appear as a reward, and it’s entirely randomized which Herba Mystica will drop. 5-Star Tera Raids are also inaccessible untilScarlet/Violet’spostgame, meaning"The Way Home" final storylinemustbe completed.
As their name would imply, 5-Star Tera Raids are much more difficult than 1-4-Star Tera Raids. Players are advised to make a good Raid build and use recommended Pokemon, such as Iron Hands (Violet) or Azumarill (Scarlet/Violet). It’s generally recommended that the Pokemon used to battle 5-Star Raids should bearound level 85or even100. 5-Star Raid Pokemon are alllevel 75. Use Exp. Candies to level up quicker.
To increase the rewards from Tera Raids, ensure aRaid Power: [Type]Meal Effect is active.
Should You Give Mr. Saguaro the Sweet Herba Mystica?
It’s ultimately up toScarlet/Violetplayers if they want to hand over a Sweet Herba Mystica to Mr. Saguaro. There’s no deadline for this “sidequest,” and there are no consequences for taking forever to complete it.
It’s generally not recommended to give up a Sweet Herba Mystica unless players have more than one Herba Mystica in their inventory. This is because Herba Mysticas area necessary ingredient for Shiny Hunting. Two Herba Mysticas generatelevel 3 Sparkling Power.
Additionally, with a 10% drop, Herba Mysticas aren’t common and can be potentially locked behind extremely difficult Raid Pokemon. IfScarlet/Violetplayers are struggling with 5-Star Raids, then they should hold off on completing Mr. Saguaro’s request. The Slowpoke Cup looks cute and is exclusive, but it’s only a Decoration for Picnics and serves no use anywhere else.
