This particular creation comes from Los Angeles-based tattoo artist and TikTok user TattoosbyDan, who shares some of their work with fans on the platform. In the brief video, they can be seen applying a basic temporary outline to work off of, featuringPokemon’s Squirtle bursting out of a Game Boy screen.
