By progressing throughPalworld, you can find many things, and probably the most interesting of them will be chests. You’ll come across different types of chests, some of which can be opened immediately. Others, however, require a key. Of course, the rarest of them all will be Gold Chests.
Even some experienced players of high levels have trouble finding these chests, although they have already accumulated quite a fewGold Keys. All this is due to their specific location. Here’s where to find Gold Chests inPalworld.
Palworld: How to Find Gold Chests
The location where Gold Chests spawn is specific. As a beginner, you are unlikely to be ready to go there. That location is the Land of Absoulte Zero, filled with snow, ice, and danger that will chase you at every turn. This location can be found in the north and is marked in white on the map. Refer to the screenshot above to see what it looks like.
Here, the chance of spawning Gold Chests is much higher, so you will find at least a few if you explore the area carefully. You can wait a while for the chests to respawn, but the exact locations of Gold Chests within the Land of Absolute Zero depends on the RNG.
Before you go to the Land of Absoulte Zero, ensure you have protection from the cold. Create good armor with resistance to cold; preferably two or three pieces. you’re able to be in the location for quite a long time, and armor is known to break quickly.
It will be a long and difficult journey to overcome the icy peaks on your own, even if youbring a Grappling Gun. Therefore, you willneed to take a flying Palwith better endurance and speed, such as Jetragon or at least Beakon.
The most important thing you need to bring is Gold Keys. UnlikeCopper and Silver Keys, you can’t get Gold Keys by killing orcatching Pals, or as loot from chests. Instead, you’ll have to defeat aBlack Marketeer,an NPC merchant who sells Pals. There are several of these marketers around the world, all of them level 40. If you decide to fight them, be ready for a hard fight.
Finally, after following all these tips, you may go in search of Gold Chests. Although these are the best chests with loot, the items you get from them are not as valuable as expected, but it’s still better than carrying Gold Keys in your inventory.
