In the short video posted to TikTok, user moonshinegaming88 shows off the absolutely massive collection of games they now own after buying a video game store. Opening with photos of stacks of titles from multiple generations of consoles, the video goes on to show a basement littered with countless boxes overflowing with even more games. The narration explains that moonshinegaming88 ended up with two stores’ worth of inventory in total, before cutting to a storage unit now stacked to the brim with 80 storage totes full of games. Closing the video with countlesscopies ofFableandF.E.A.R.behind him, he states that upcoming videos will detail everything included in the haul.
Comments on the video were filled with gamers envious of the enormous stash of games, with severalTikTokusers joking that the whole lot probably cost less than buying a console from some online retro gaming sites. Several gamers, excited by the prospect of possibly being able to find a long-sought-after title, asked if the game they’d been seeking was buried in one of the dozens of storage bins. Questioned by commenters about why he’d purchased the collection, moonshinegaming88 explained that he owns a video game store and plans on selling most of the titles.
