The Crazy Twins boss can be found only withinMonad DoorsinPersona 3 Reload’s Tziah Block of Tartarus. Specifically, you may find it from Floor 145 to Floor 154. During the playthrough for this guide, the Crazy Twins ended up being on Floor 149.
