AGenshin Impactplayer has created an interesting outfit for the popular Geo user Arataki Itto. He is known as the leader and the founder of the famous Arataki gang which also includes the Electro four-star character Kuki Shinobu.
While Itto is usually the main troublemaker in the gang, Kuki is responsible for their legal issues, such as handling professional affairs and getting them out of the messes they create. Itto was released back inGenshin Impactupdate 2.3 and he is currently the only five-star Geo character whose primary role is main DPS.

Even though theplayable characters that appear on the Limited Character Bannerare the game’s main source of revenue, HoYoverse does not introduce too many cosmetics toGenshin Impact, at least compared to their other titles likeHonkai Impact 3rd. They have introduced a pattern of adding skins for two of their major annual events, the Lantern Rite Festival and the Golden Apple Archipelago event. Reddit user Isnotafish has created an impressive outfit concept for the claymore character Arataki Itto. Fans seem to like the new skins as the post reached over 4k upvotes on the game’s main subreddit with many comments claiming that they would definitely spend their Primogems for this version of Itto.
Some fans have pointed out that since the skin seems to be inspired by traditional Chinese clothing, this skin could be part of theLantern Rite festival which celebrates the Lunar New Year. Even though Arataki Itto is the only Geo five-star DPS in the game, many players still avoid acquiring this character. The main reason is probably the fact that the release of Dendro back in 3.0 has completely pushed Geo out of the character meta.
Dendro introduced many new powerful elemental reactions, none of which are related to Geo which made this element seem even more isolated. Zhongli is probably the only notable Geo character at the moment thanks to his stacked kit which provides thestrongest shield inGenshin Impact. The only way to make Itto viable would be to place him in a team composition with characters that share the same element.
The only elemental reaction that can be triggered with Geo is Crystylize and picking up its shards equips players with elemental shields. Over the last couple of months, fans have been proposing interesting rework ideas that would make this element viable. One of the mostpopular fan-madeGenshin Impactconceptsincludes granting different buffs depending on the element the Crystylize shield is infused with.
Genshin Impactis now available on Mobile, PC, PS4, and PS5. A Switch version is in development.
