Where to Find Krampus in Fortnite
Krampus is located on the snowy biomes to the south of Hazy Hillside.Here, you’ll find a dark cabin whose roof is covered in snow; this is theCliffside Lodge. Krampus wanders around this lodge with hisholiday present stashand attacks when he spots any player. This makes it crucial to be cautious and stealthy when dropping into the lodge.
How to Beat Krampus in Fortnite
The Krampus quest inFortnitehas three primary objectives:
First, you’ll need tofind a Sneaky Snowmandoas loot. You can check the surrounding areas near the lodge or hillside. Alternatively, you can buy it at the Stormy Station from the NPC Leelah for 100 Gold Bars. To use the Sneaky Snowmando, throw it on the first floor of the Cliffside Lodge and hide inside to complete the first objective. Players who complete this quest get 15,000 XP.
The next objective is to deploy a beacon at the monster’s stash of presents. Locate the stash outside the lodge and press the associated keybind on your gaming platform to place and deploy the beacon. Krampus’s present stash is popular loot among players, so you must be careful when deploying the beacon. Krampus or otherFortniteplayers may attack and kill you in the process.
It’s advisable to eliminate Krampus first to save Winterfest before deploying the beacon. To defeat Krampus, stock up enough ammo, the best gear, and shields.Krampus has a pickaxethat he uses to attack. Once he spots you, he will charge and attack, making it vital to maintain distance and fire shots from long or mid-range. Keep moving and firing to ensure Krampus doesn’t get close enough to hit and kill you.
