For the new season inFortniteChapter 3, players can find collectibles called Omni Chips scattered about the island, but only if they unlock the new customizable Ommi Sword pickaxe from the first page of the current Battle Pass.Fortniteplayers that haven’t purchased the Battle Pass will not be able to take on the Omni Sword quests or even see the chips on the map.
By completing theOmni Chip quests added toFortniteeach week, players will be able to use the chips to unlock new styles for the Omni Sword, allowing them to change blades, guards, colors, and sounds. Mighty Monument Omni Chips
Thethree circled locations on the image belowwill show players where the three Omni Chips arelocated at Mighty Monument. For those that have yet to discover the location of Mighty Monument, they can find it on the east side of the current map, southeast of the Daily Bugle, and north of The Joneses. It’s not hard to miss since there’s a giant statue on the main island that players will see.
How to Unlock Omni Sword
IfFortniteplayers have the Battle Pass, they can tab over to the Battle Pass section in the main menu by hitting the right bumper on the controller. The Omni Sword will be on the first page of the pass, and pressing on the sword will bring players to the customization screen. From here, players can use their collected Omni Chips to unlock all sorts of things.
