Fortnitecrossovers continue to become more plentiful with time, as Epic Games is constantly working with other companies to bring their most popular characters to the battle royale title. These crossovers have brought comic book icons like Batman and Spider-Man to the game alongside TV and movie icons. Video game crossovers have been seen inFortniteas well, and more will likely happen as time goes on.

FromUncharted’s Nathan DraketoHalo’s Master Chief, major characters from PlayStation and Xbox can be seen battling it out on the island. Epic Games has worked with Capcom as well, adding someResident Evilcontent to its hugely successful battle royale game. While it remains to be seen what the next crossover will be, it could be a lot of fun to see a partnership with EA that bringsDead Space’s Isaac Clarke to the game.

ADead Spacebundle is fairly easy to imagine, as its main attraction would undoubtedly beIsaac Clarkehimself. The engineer-turned-survivor could boast his iconic RIG suit from the first game and its upcoming remake, with the costume guaranteed to translate well toFortnite. A style could be included that features the flashy Advanced Suit fromDead Space 2, with an emote allowing Issac to easily remove the helmet and show his face – similar to how Spidey can unmask himself with theSpider-Man: No Way Homeskin.

A great aspect of the Isaac Clarke skin could be the RIG suit’s health bar.TheDead Spacefranchisewas praised for its creativity when it comes to its HUD design, as there was no clutter to be seen in the corner of the screen. Instead, ammo count was kept to the weapons themselves and players were able to track Isaac’s health via the bar on the back of his suit. A perfect concept for a third-person shooter, Epic Games could replicate this feature via some functional back bling that changes the more damage players take. The bar could also be restored when players heal themselves, just like inDead Space.

Other aspects of the bundle could be Emoticons that feature the various Necromorphs, allowing Isaac Clarke’s enemies to be included in his bundle. A special spray could feature aMarkerwith some “make us whole” text, while Isaac’s glider could take the form of a miniaturized USG Ishimura. Epic Games could even get inventive with a harvesting tool, adding in Isaac’s signature stomps.

Alongside cosmetic content, a specialFortnitecrossover based onDead Spacecould feature some gameplay elements as well. Markers could be spread throughout the map, with Necromorphs spawning at these locations. The belovedPlasma Cuttercould be a special weapon for the Season, functioning like Spider-Man’s Web Shooters and allowing Epic Games to double down on theDead Spacecrossover. A crashed Ishimura could make for a fun point of interest, too, with some AI-controlled Necromorphs able to jump out of vents.

Obviously, this is purely speculation, as there is nothing to suggest that aDead Spacecrossover will ever happen inFortnite. Still, whenDead SpaceRemake’s 2023 release datestarts to come a bit closer, it could be wise to make the partnership a reality. Hype for theDead SpaceRemake would be able to spread to a new audience, while fans ofFortnitewould get some more neat content to enjoy.

Fortniteis available now on PC, PS4, PS5, Switch, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X.
