Before players try to gain access to where the Ghostflame Torch is located, they’ll need to have defeated one of themain bosses named Starscourge Radahn in Caelid. To fight him, players will need to go through Ranni’s questline, or use the Grand Lift of Dectus.

Where to Find Ghostflame Torch
The Ghostflame Torch can be picked up off the ground in a specific location in Nokron, Eternal City. And, if players have defeated Radahn, they can access it easily by first heading to theFort Haight West Site of Lost Gracein East Limgrave, shown on the map below.

Ghostflame Torch Stats
The Ghostflame Torch can cause frost buildupand scales primarily with Strength, Dexterity, and Intelligence. Its base physical attack power is 50, and its magic is 90. And in order to use the Ghostflame Torch, therequired attributes are 10 Str, 14 Int, and 10 Dex.
