Elden Ringis one of the biggest RPGs to come out in the 2020s, and with it comes a lot of interesting lore and mechanics. The game’s DLC, Shadow of the Erdtree, was already beating records before it was even released to the public, which shows just how popular this game truly is.
One thing that was added in the Shadow of the Erdtree DLC was the ability to find and use Revered Spirit Ash to get Blessings. There are 25 different Revered Spirit Ash locations in the game, so there are several levels of Blessings players can obtain. Here’s how to get and use those Blessings.
How To Get Revered Spirit Ash Blessing In Shadow Of The Erdtree
Revered Spirit Ash can be found all over the game’s DLC. The in-game description of the item reads, “Spirit ash of those who came before, infused with potent spirituality. Acquired from the corpses of hornsent and other objects that ritually decorate townships and villages across the realm of shadow. Consume these at sites of grace to bolster your Revered Spirit Ash Blessing. The Revered Spirit Ash Blessing bolsters both summoned spirits' and spectral steed’s abilities to deal and negate damage but has no influence outside the realm of shadow. The withered corpses were called tutelary deities, and Revered Spirit Ash was said to quietly accumulate in the palms of their hands.”
In order to obtain the Revered Spirit Ash, players will need to go to the 25 different locations that hold these withered corpses. Upon finding them, you can grab the ashes (which are the blue glowing orbs seen in the pictures above) and use them. They are used to create Blessings, which will bolster your summoned spirits' andTorrent’sabilities to do and resist damage. However, outside of the DLC’s map, this will not work.
How To Use Revered Spirit Ash In SOTE
In order to use the ashes, players will need to head to a Site of Grace and interact with it. From there, they can select the “Shadow Realm Blessing” option and then the “Revered Spirit Ash Blessing.” There are 10 different levels of these Blessings, and here is a breakdown of how much is needed for each level.
