Some film-savvy gamers might have recognized fellow director George Miller as the Drawbridge staffer working with Fragile at the beginning of thelatestDeath Stranding 2trailer, which confirmed that it is actually his likeness being used for the character. However, based on the trailer’s credits, Miller is only lending his face to this role like del Toro did in the first game, with Marty Rhone handling the vocal performance. Death Stranding 2 Cast List

George Miller’sDeath Stranding 2character wasn’t named in the recent trailer, but it seems he will be aregular ally to Fragileand Sam given how prominent he and his strange cat-like pet creature were in it. Miller isn’t the only big name inDeath Stranding 2’s star-studded cast, which will also see Elle Fanning as what many believe is an older version of Lou. The small robotic puppet that accompanies Sam on his travels is modeled after Turkish-German director Fatih Akin, with his voice being provided by Jonathan Roumie. Hideo Kojima has already put together an impressive line-up of stars in his latest game, and George Miller’s experience with stories of people struggling to survive in a post-apocalyptic landscape will probably be a great help to Sam and Fragile whenDeath Stranding 2: On the Beachlaunches sometime in 2025.
