In anticipation for that, here’s the best Papa’s games from over the years.
8Papa’s Taco Mia!
Despite being an absolute classic of the Papa’s franchise, this game gets last place on the list for the pure reason that it’s the only game to not end with “ria.” Appreciate the devs for trying though; it can’t have been easing trying to follow the naming convention while keeping the word “taco” in there.
Being the third game in the series, this game was another pillar of the early Papa’s Gameria experience. While Pizzeria introduced theaesthetically organizing ingredients mechanic and Burgeria introduced the stacking ingredients mechanic, Taco Mia was the first to introduce the pouring ingredients while trying to not get them everywhere mechanic. This was a skill that many players honed over years of playing Papa’s games and is now a pretty integral part of the experience.
7Papa’s Cheeseria
This game was released in the peak of the Papa’s games hype and may have even been the last game some players experienced before they stopped playing flash games as much and slowly drifted from the Papa’s franchise. This game is an absolute staple to the Papa’s experience for plenty of young gamers, and it’s no surprise why.
Of all the places the franchise could go with the next game, a grilled cheese restaurant was certainly a welcomed surprise. Players got to make mouthwatering sandwiches for regulars, and it was even the first of the franchise to include Daily Specials; a feature now available inPapa’s Freezeria Deluxe.

Pancakeria followed Freezeria and combined a lot of the gameplay elements players had come to love and adore from previous games. Players got to cook pancakes, stack them and then slather them in toppings for the ever-growingcast of charactersthat would visit the shop.
5Papa’s Wingeria
Having been released during the peak of Papa’s games on flash websites, this game embodies so much of what players loved about these games. Getting to just fry up some wings, coat them in delicious sauces and then arrange them beautifully on a platter for hungry customers was a wonderful, welcomed addition to the Papa’s franchise.
This game takes place in a Las Vegas type city called Starlight City and sees the player look after hungry patrons who want a quick bite to eat during a night out.
4Papa’s Burgeria
This absolute classic of the Papa’s franchise came very early in the series' history, being the second game released after Papa’s Pizzeria. Many young gamers were first exposed to this wonderful franchise through this game and plenty others relished the newest, exciting installment of these beloved games.
This game introduced the stacking gameplay so beloved in future Papa’s games and saw young gamers across the world making precariously stacked burgers; an aesthetic that was then reflected in future mini-games throughout the series.
3Papa’s Hot Doggeria
Papa’s Hot Doggeria easily has one of the best character motivations in the franchise for the protagonist. Players can choose to play as a pre-made character or customize their own. The protagonist is a baseball fan but can’t afford tickets to this season’s games. They’re lamenting their fate when, as fate would have it, they see that Papa’s Hot Doggeria (situated within the stadium itself) is hiring. The character eagerly takes on this new position hoping to catch a glimpse of the baseball games throughout the season but ends up being so busy with customers that they miss it.

This game was one of the earliest in the series, and includes more base features associated with Papa’s games, including mini-games and the ability to customize the shop, as well as the character.
1Papa’s Pizzeria
The first installment of the franchise and an absolute classic, this is where most people boarded the Papa’s train and never got off. Though incredibly simple compared to some of its descendants, this game set in motion an absolutely iconic series that would live in the hearts of kids and teenagers across the world.
