Assassin’s Creed Valhallacontinues to be a blockbuster title for the franchise and action games as a whole. However, this doesn’t mean that the game is without its problems. A glitch has been preventing players from progressing in theAssassin’s Creed ValhallaYule Festival event for a while, but now it appears that the developers are finally gearing up to address it.

The Yule Festival is a returning seasonal event from last year that givesAssassin’s Creed Valhallaplayers the opportunity to earn Yule Tokens by completing a variety of activities. Like other events including the Ostara Festival and Oskoreia Festival, theYule Festival offers a numberof settlement decorations and tattoos on top of armor and weapon rewards.

However, the Yule Festival has also been plagued by an issue that left many fans struggling to even access the event. This unfortunate state of affairs led toAssassin’s Creed Valhallagiving theYule Festival event an extensionwhile the developers worked to address the problem. Earlier today, the verifiedAssassin’s CreedTwitter account announced that the issues would be fixed in Title Update 1.4.1.2, which will be deployed on January 6th. Hopefully, this will finally allow affected players to progress through the Yule Festival event.

The extension means that the Yule Festival event is currently scheduled to end on January 27, which should give players plenty of time to complete it. Gamers with an interest inAssassin’s Creed Valhallamay want to check out the Yule Festival while it lasts, as the event will feature a variety of exclusive items only available during this time. TheYule Festival includes two seasonal questsas well as three activities: Yule Brawl, Braun’s Folly, and Twirling Targets. Reportedly, the seasonal quests do not have any bug problems this year, so they may be a good place to start.

It appears that fans are frustrated that it took Ubisoft so long to address the most recentissues withAssassin’s Creed Valhalla. Several Twitter users replied to the post by complaining about the delay, with one even asking if the developers had tested the event at all. One user directly mentioned another issue that still doesn’t have a fix, while a third expressed anticipation for the event finally ending so they could clean up their homestead. However, a number of users stated that they hadn’t even been aware of the event until this announcement, as they had suffered from the bug keeping some players from entering the event at all.
